HTTPS and HSTS for secure connections
Stripe forces HTTPS for all services using TLS (SSL), including our public website and the Dashboard.

Encryption of sensitive data and communication
All card numbers are encrypted at rest with AES-256. Decryption keys are stored on separate machines. None of Stripe’s internal servers and daemons are able to obtain plaintext card numbers; instead, they can just request that cards be sent to a service provider on a static whitelist. Monthly Plans: Cancellations must be made at least 5 days before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming month.
Annual Plans: Cancellations made within the first 30 days of service are eligible for a full refund (see Section 3.1 for more details). Cancellations after 30 days will not be eligible for a refund, but services will continue until the end of the billing cycle.

Halcyon Hosting, LLC offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for new customers on annual plans. If you are not satisfied with our services for any reason, you may request a full refund within the first 30 days of service. This guarantee does not apply to:

3.2. No Refunds on Monthly Plans
Monthly plans are not eligible for refunds. If you cancel a monthly plan, your service will continue until the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not be charged for subsequent months.
3.3. Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact our support team through our support portal or via email. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of the request. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Domain Registrations and Renewals
Domain registration fees are non-refundable. This includes fees for new domain registrations, domain renewals, and domain transfer fees. If you cancel your hosting services and have registered a domain with us, you will retain ownership of the domain until the end of the registration period.
